He Knows You're Alone?

This movie has a terrible title...was she EVER alone? Yeah, sure...after a friend here and there was killed, but there wasn't really a point to the title. The title sounds cool though...it catches your attention. She was alone in the sense that her fiance` was out of town, but she was almost constantly with others.
