HAWK the HUNTER sequel future in doubt

I didn't even know there was an active campaign to make the sequel, HAWK THE HUNTER, last year, until today.

I checked out the website, Hawktheslayer.com, and it states that the Kickstarter campaign to raise the necessary film funds was unsuccessful. The film fell short by 20% or less. The only other info was that the movie was being re-evaluated, which could mean anything. That tells me that the film's makers are not necessarily giving up but are continuing to seek further financing.
