Terrible, and Priceless

No question--"Swindle" is a failure as a film project. But there's nothing quite like seeing the Pistols in their full glory (even lip-synching, badly) and getting a taste of the kind of outrage they provoked. This, my friends, is what rock and roll is supposed to be like. The Pistols and punk in general--London, New York, LA variants all included--saved rock and roll. Because of that, this movie is valuable, even as a failure.
