but why the guy who wrote it in here didn t like this one ?????? this is a very strange movie and very sad too i watched it in video a long time ago and then i bought a video from amazone it is very very good i hope a dvd soon bye folks

Better than expected. I remember it was heavily promoted in 1980, as well as the bestselling novel. Glad I finally got an opportunity to see it.

Agreed. This film was quite creepy and unsettling. The whole premise of an evil little girl who kills other children is very potent and disturbing stuff.
