Good news: Galaxy Express 999 licensed again for North America.

Discotek has licensed Galaxy Express 999 and it's sequel for a North American release. I absolutely can't wait for this to be released. Here's a source:http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2010-07-27/discotek-adds-2-galaxy -express-999-films-project-a-ko

If anyone is curious, they're aiming for a June release for the movies and they will include both the sub and dub versions. Info in this link: http://www.discotekmedia.com/blog/?p=44

Unfortunately, the BAD news is that they decided to chop the top and bottom off of the image in order to make it fill a modern 16/9 TV screen, just to avoid black bars on the sides of the screen.
