FAVORITE FOX?

Jeanie would have to be mine. She's the smartest, the sexiest, and the one who keeps all the others glued together (for awhile).

We'll see who's the filthiest person alive! We'll just see!

Annie is mine. The wild child and carefree party girl of the group. Cherie Currie IS (or was at that time) this character.

My favorite is Annie (Cherie Currie). Originally the only reason I watched the movie was because Cherie was in it. It is one of my favorite movies now:~)

reply

Definitely Jeannie, she was by far the coolest and most mature of the group.

reply

Well, Jeannie, I suppose, because I loved Jodie in the part.

But the movie without Deidre or Annie, ouch !

reply

Jeannie cuz she was the most mature one Although who can't identify with Madge when her little sister says the party's canceled and Deidra asks why and Magde's little sister says,"Cuz she's a virgin". LOL SOOOO embarrassing!!!

I love Cherie Curry and the Runaways also, so I'll pick Annie. It's too bad Cherie didn't have a bigger career in the '80s. Or the '90s. Or whatever this decade is.

Definetly Jeannie. Foster's outstanding career is no coincidence, but rather a testament to the role.

The other foxes danced around her performance.

yeah definitely Jeanie because Foster's performance was so amazing and real especially in that one fight scene with her mother. That was incredible. She made the other girls look like amatuers. Without her wonderful acting this movie would have been so lame. And her character was the best and coolest. I couldn't stand the other girls they annoyed me. Jeanie was the most mature and sensible yet she wasn't annoyingly stuck up and goody goody like most of the "mature good" girls in teen movies are portrayed. She was grounded but capable of having a good time too. I related to her character the most.

Deirdre was definitely the worse. I couldn't stand her. But maybe because the actress playing her was so bad.

Annie! I am not wild like her character but some of my friends are. She's the type you could party with although things get out of hand. I love Cherie and the Runaways too! I didn't realize until a while later after first seeing the film who she was. So sad at the end.

My favorite is Jeanie I loved the scenes with her and her mother.

Jeanie is the best character, not just because she's played by the awesome Jodie Foster. She's got this great wary intelligence and maturity.. she's the leader of the "fox pack"...
Dierdre really bugged me- that scene where she's talking to Greg on the phone is pretty cringeworthy.

I gotta go with Jeanie as well. Jodie Foster brought such a lovely maturity and Mother Hen-like protective quality to this role; it's definitely one of Ms. Foster's single most fine and underrated performances to date.
