Foolin' Around unknown on Netflix

I have searched for this movie on Netflix. They apparently never heard of it. It doesn't even show up when viewing lists of all the films of Gary Busey or Annette O'Toole. Does anyone know why it is so obscure? Will it ever appear on DVD or streaming at Netflix? Amazon shows used VHS available for a ridiculous price. No thank you. I don't even have a VHS player anymore.

I found it on YouTube a year or more ago. It looked like someone pointed a camera at a TV showing the movie, but it was the only version I could find.

It's a pretty much forgotten movie. It seems weird to me because I love it. I think it's hilarious and it has an impressive star-studded cast.

Maybe you could buy the VHS, have it burned to a DVD, then sell the VHS. I know, that's a lot of hassle.
