What was the name of the dish at Chow Lung Fat's that was Chinese sausage and something-bowls?

It was Chinese Sausage and Narcissus Balls, not bowls.
I think they are a mad up dish. I've never heard of narcissus balls.

Thanks but later in the movie at Chow Lung Fats, when Dom is picking up the Card game food, the waiter walks by with the Chinese Sausage and Narcissus Balls. But you might be right and its a made up dish.

According to the closed captioning, the dish is called "Chinese Sausage and Narcissus Bulbs." I've never heard of them being used in Asian cuisine, though...but that's what the subtitles said.

They better not be--narcissus bulbs are toxic.

It's definitely "bulbs." And I think they made it up. Who knows, maybe some Chinese restaurant in Chinatown used Narcissus bulbs as a special, you know, for aesthetic purposes. But not likely.
