The Museum Scene

One of the best scenes I've ever seen in any movie. Unique. Delightful. Riveting.

Agreed.

Seen in a theater, it's even more dazzling.

Why does everyone call it a museum? Isn't it an art gallery?

Everyone gets everything he wants.

reply

No, it's the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

I agree. Keeps you captivated through 15 minutes just with actors, camera rolling and music. And curiously helps you know the character of Angie a lot, so when she dies, you alkready know her inside and it does affect you.

Actually, although it's supposed to be the Met, the interiors were filmed in the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The Met wouldn't let them in. No NYC museum would.

I'm amazed they even bothered asking the Frick (which probably hired a hit man just for the request).
