It's called The House of the Seasons, 409 S. Alley St. in Jefferson TX. They give tours for 7.50. The top floor lookout room still retains the colored glass seen in the movie.

Excellent find. The Museaum featured in the film is also in the same town. It is the Jefferson Historical Society & Museaum
