Bette

I remember the standing room only at the Palace Theater in NYC/ my friends never saw any show like this. We'd have to travel in the AM for just standing room txs / go home & return the same night.. That was about 4 hours travel time and it got to be routine because we would do anything to see the show. It was not Devinie Nadness but her first show.. We must have done it 3-4 times , it was that amazing. Bette never ever gave a bad show no matter what show we saw, she only got better as the show got extended. Remember Barry Manilow was her musical genius on the piano. We did go to see his solo show also. we don't have any entertainers like the great Bette Midler
