Is this the movie i am thinking of? Please help

I have been looking for a movie that I watched as a child. I do not know any of the actors or the title of the movie. All I know are a few scenes. In one scene a little boy and a little girl open up some sort of crate the crate has rasins in it and little tiny dinosaurs walk out like action figure size. In another scene the dinosaurs are walking around the top of the little boy's room on a traintrack set he built. If anyone would happen to know the name please help.
