Who else bursts into tears during Ephraim Adams's speech about amateurs?

More than 7 years late, but yes. Ages ago, I saw this movie, and the speech has stayed with me ever since. Only today did I actually track the name of the movie down and I headed right here to see if anyone was going to talk about this lovely monologue.
