Is there a decent DVD available of this movie? I bought the Westlake Entertainment version, and the color was awful (lots of green). I recently purchased the Synergy Entertainment disc, and it wasn't much better, plus it had some glitches from the mastering process.
shareAlas, there doesn't seem to be a decent-quality DVD of this movie available anywhere. Years ago, Warner Bros. Home Video released a very fine quality VHS of this film. But at some time in the last 10 or 15 years, the home entertainment rights seem to have reverted to public domain, and consequently many fly-by-night video companies have released their own DVD versions, all of them quite noticeably inferior in quality. Ironically, Warner Bros. (which seems to release anything and everything on DVD that have their hands on) has never released "A Christmas Without Snow" on DVD. And it's a shame, too--this is such a wonderful little movie.
