The poster/cover art creeped the hell out of me as a kid!

Whenever I went to the video store with my folks when I was in my single digits, I would always look through the horror section. There would be cover art that would intrigue me. This was one of them. Even though there was nothing on it but a drawing of these smiling children, the way it looked used to creep me out! I would have nightmares about that poster art for months until I got the courage to finally watch it. It was then that I realized one thing: Sometimes the poster art for a horror film is more scarier than the movie itself.

I'm so scared your little head will come off in my hands!

Yeah, I agree -- those kids look scary as hell.
The poster for the original Prom Night still scares me to this day!

I like the poster. It drew me to the film. I'm just watching a You Tube review of the film now. So I'll leave it a time until the review spoilers subside and watch this movie.
