What does that word Cheech told Chong to call Mexicans' mean?

Cheech told Chong to say "Hey, Pendejos!" which means "My really good friend". Chong mispronounced it and said "Hey, Pendecos!" which is why the Mexicans got mad. Go up to one of your Mexican friends and say "Hey, Pendejo!" *GRIN*

Well no it wasn't that Chong mispronounced it. It was just a gag on Cheech's part about what the term means.

Cheech tells Chong to call them "pendejos", which is the Mexican term for "pubic hair", but is also commonly used as an insult similar to "coward" or "dumbass".
