The first woman you see in that scene, the beautiful redhead, is Cassandra Peterson, aka Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.
He also is in Cheech and Chong's Things Are Tough All Over. He's one of the guys who greets the two Arab brothers (played by Cheech and Chong). His hand gets stepped on when the one of them gets off the plane. He's also in Cheech and Chong's Get Out Of My Room where he was a reporter or interviewer...
