US Vestron VHS the full uncut version??

I assume it would be, it lists 91 minutes on the back of the box and doesn't state a rating (as far as I know)... but does anyone know for sure??

Just to be clear... I want to know if the "NTSC US Vestron VHS" and the "Shriek Show/Media Blasters Region 1 DVD" are the exact same uncut version??
