I thought people in 33 AD were supposed to speak Roman or something. English hadn't even been invented yet!

So you want all the actors to learn Latin and Greek as well as memorizing their lines in both languages, you ass? Then we'd have to read subtitles.

Would you want this level of authenticity for all movies now, where we'd all have to read subtitles, you retard?

No one in that area of the world spoke the King's English.

For an idea of what was spoken back then in that area of the world, just watch your news from that area currently.
