Pre-release Tinto Brass cut.... how explicit?

The Imperial Edition DVD contains a new cut of the movie, without Guccione's hardcore sex scenes. According to what I have read, this new cut contains softcore scenes. So what does that mean? How explicit is this version? Some examples will help.

Bob Guccione lied to people and tricked his way into inserting hard-core sex scenes. He had no ethics to lie about it, and locked Brass out of the editing room.
