bronson vs. norris

i think this is the only time i've seen john ashton in something else than beverly hills cop, nothing particular happens until about 20 minutes in, so i had to read the plot, i usually like movies that don't rush but i thought this was a cannon flick and then you never know, but the plot is clear... another bronson vengeance flick... i guess i realise now afterwards it had too much quality to be a cannon flick, bronson and norris were cannons main stars, it said in the documentary about cannon that they had piles of movies that either went to norris or bronson, i don't know if its fair to compare the two, since bronson was coming into classic movies with spencer tracy, vincent price and so on while norris came from sports, but they were compared in the cannon documentary, i think bronson is easier to get engaged in and i've never seen flaws in his acting, his cannon flicks have higher quality perhaps only because of the actor, he delivers the lines in a neat way which would just become a corny macho line if norris got them. notice both main stars in this has appeared in twilight zone, bronson in the original 1950's tv series and kirby in twilight zone radio dramas, also notice when they were in the tunnel, perhaps it was the version i got (scandinavian release) that was cut, but the music abruptly ends, it also freezes the picture by the end.

drawn to your company,
cant help natural instinct,
standing guard out in the rain,
still if you dont give me the time of day,
a high power made me your slave,
your magic moves my eyes play,
so sweet so smooth, and playing it smooth too,
while unexplainable like a fool ill do anything for you.

I liked this movie a lot and Bronson is pretty badass.

Bronson was the better actor however I much prefer Chuck's Cannon movies over Bronson's Cannon movies.
