This question has been bothering me since 1980...

Sry what's your question again?
There is already a thread about "Camille" as character.

If you ask why they decided to cast her for this movie, maybe the fact that was a good friend with Belushi and the fiance of Aykroyd at the time, could have helped.
Nepotism? Makes sense. Is it also true that Fisher was off her meds during filming so she could be even more psychotic than usual?
shareHaha I don't remember the original sources... The last trivia collection (out like days ago) tells that she met them on the set. For sure none of it is mentioned in her last shows/interviews and she kept explaining that during and after the Star Wars movies was "seeing things".
shareI'm not sure I get the question? Why? She's simply another foil for the Brothers. I understand she's disposed of pretty quickly, but that's part of the gag. Don't like it? Well, okay then.
And yes, Fisher was good friends with these guys and hanging out with them on Martha's Vineyard.
Well, she's dead now. So shaddup!
