Does anyone know where in the UK this was filmed?

Very hard to say without location credits. Looks like a suburb a few miles north or north east of London. But then again, I could be wrong for most of the small towns in that area and the rest of the country look almost exactly the same.

The village is Hambledon in Buckinghamshire.It also features in Band of brothers and a Hammer film called The witches.
