I think a company like Anchor Bay should release this on DVD.
Peter Medak is one of my favourite directors (this and THE CHANGELING are two of the creepiest and most atmospheric movies I've ever seen, and his work on Faerie Tale Theatre was impressive too), and his work needs to be more appreciated.

Anyone else agree?

I just bought a cheap VHS copy. I don't think I'd purchase a DVD. The music was creepy, but that was pretty much the only thing that held my attention. Not much happened in this one, sorry to say.

Haven't watched the whole thing yet, but I loved The Changeling and want it on DVD.

I agree, The Babysitter is very atmospheric and I think it should be on DVD.
