Where's the widescreen Blu-ray?

I have been looking at a couple of different versions of this, including one that is fully open matte (most 4:3 DVD versions are cropped and adjusted to 4:3 rather than being open matte)

I'd be interested in seeing a fully uncut version of this is widescreen on blu-ray. even if much of the stuff that was cut for the 83 minute version is dull filler.
