I don't think that when the film was in the process of "creation", a person said "We're going to get a hit!" I'm pretty sure that the writers knew what they were getting into. And some people find that getting the title of worst what ever gains them more popularity. That's the concept of B list sci fi. Get over it.

That movie is horrible, but also very entertaining.
Other then that, I'd go with a lot of the newer horror movies.
For a movie to be dubbed 'Worst Movie Ever' it has to be both absolutely horrible AND completely lacking in any entertainment value what-so-ever.
'The Creeping Terror' fit both of those descriptions to a T.

Terror Toons is the worst movie I've ever seen. I thrive on schlock and I couldn't finish it in several tries....
I'm genuinely convinced that every movie would be better with Arnold Schwarzenegger in it.
