Voice of Alien Leader?

After watching the movie recently I came to an interesting discovery.
While uncredited. I am pretty sure that the voice of the aliens leader is none other than Peter Cullen, who would in 2 years after this TV pilot do the voice of KARR in Knight Rider and two years after that become the classic voice of Optimus Prime.

The tone, inflections and speaking patterns are all there. If its not Cullen then its a darn interesting simmilarity.
