I realize this is a very old thread on a very quiet board, but since my question concerns the same topic I'm posting anyway. Maybe in a few years someone will stumble into these boards and have an answer for me.
Regarding this three fish emblem, was it specifically designed for this series, or was it somehow part of the Agatha Christie "brand" in the 1980s? I ask because I noticed it at the beginning of the credits for "Why Didn't They Ask Evans?," which shares the leading actors with this series, but is otherwise unrelated to the Beresford universe.
