Can anyone tell me if the dvd of this series comes with english subtitles or not ?

No, the DVD set does not have subtitles or any extras such as cast interviews, etc. I just finished watching it and it was like getting back together with an old friend. Such a great series.

Hi, I was totally wrong about subtitles when I first answered your question. The dvd set does have english subtitles as an option! It is under the set up menu. They are in yellow and very easy to read too. Now i have to watch the series all over again to catch all the dialogue. :)
