IMDB regularly cuts down threads for all films once they get too large. They have made it known in the past that forum posts are not there for eternity.

I see Angelofvic gave us fair warning back in February 2013 and now in bleak December much of it has vanished for good. It is a pity, but I suppose IMDb have only so much storage capacity and relatively few people search through ancient posts. However, it is regrettable because some old, witty, pollsters now deceased have vanished for ever. Believe it or not, I copied one or two of the most amusing conversations!

Yeah, this was a particularly interesting board. Too bad about the deletions but somehow IMDB doesn't seem to care enough about its message boards. Oh well. Anyway, yeah, copying good discussions is a good idea for you never know when it may disappear!
