Pamela Stephenson is behind a desk acting like some kind of crazy dominatrix. It's an excerpt from a documentary, but I think it must have just been from a Not The Nine O'clock News Sketch.

The sketch you linked to doesnt have a laughter track...Doesn't all NTNON have laughter tracks?
