I think all the repeats come from the compilations, though.

If I recall correctly (it is more than 25 years ago), the sketch was a take off of an American Express ad ("Do you take American Express?", "Yes, sir, that will do nicely") and came out as "Do you take American Express?", "Yes, sir, that will do nicely, and would you like to fondle my breasts."

That sketch appears on one of the compilation albums from this series, but not on any of the DVDs. Her actual punchline is "That will do nicely, sir, and would you like rub my tits, too?" The big audience laugh is followed by Griff Rhys-Jones announcing "Put your head In between them and go blubble, blubble, blubble with...American Express." I distinctly remember seeing this sketch when PBS aired the series in the early 80's, but for the life of me, I can't remember if Stephenson bared her breasts for real. I'm leaning towards "yes," but then again, she may have had on a bra. But then again, the laugh it got was huge, so she may very well have popped 'em out for real!

For the sake of near-completeness:

I think there was a string of American Express sketches, this being the last but one.
The last sketch showed the customer Mel Smith (or possibly Griff Rhys-Jones) trying in vain to buy a train ticket from an unimpressed salesclerk (if that's the correct term. I shouldn't have had that wine before going to bed last night.) Griff Rhys-Jones (or possibly Mel Smith). The voice over (definitely Rowan Atkinson) said "Try traveling by British Railways with American Express... and see how far you get!"

I don't know if this is the same clip that 'tali1' linked, but the following is definitely the full, unedited version:

In the meantime, Stephenson's piss-take of Kate Bush is spot on:

In series three Pam does indeed "get them out".... in a sketch about Jacques Cousteau bubble bath. She's in the bath and gets attacked by an octopus, and while writhing around her buns are clearly visible. I was only watching it this morning in fact. Great way to start the day!
