Wallender: People in Sweden have English accents?

It's Kenneth Branagh. Accents and other such things can be excused.

They have the same issue with the show "Vikings". And to top it all off, there are also the Anglo-Saxons and I have a feeling that the Normans may show up any time. And to boot, nobody knows what they really sounded like...but it was probably nothing like a modern-day British or American person faking a Swedish accent.

I think the only real accent on TV lately is the French guy on "Mr Selfridge"!

They drive Volvos, the sky is bleak and dreary and everyone is sad all the time.

How much more Swedish can you get?

I love this show and Sir Kenneth is perfect. Sad and all.
