I can't get captions with the latest 2 Mysteries. It's not the fault of my set since other stations and programs are captioned. Why did PBS remove captions from Mystery? The most recent one was difficult to understand at parts.

I do agree, sometimes the lines do seem garbled (mumbled) and difficult to hear.

Have you tried calling your local PBS station? They should be able to give you an answer. (and if they give you one, please let us all know.) : ) Thanks

...and, since WGBH *invented* closed captioning (or developed it, or whatever word you want...), and does the close-captioning for many other networks' shows, I find this very annoying.
