Just What Is The Problem Exactly?! :o(

I have been really looking forward to buying this most excellent documentary ever since it's original release date of 20th March (the date which HMV still have listed on their website by the way)
I heard that the release date was then put back to mid July.............then 7th August (by this time I am getting disappointed but life still goes on I guess)......... then 16th October (per Play)..........& now finally 4th December is being quoted by Amazon..........Aaargh-It's enough to make me want to tear my hair out assuming I had any spare to do so that is!!!!!!! LOL
Does anybody know why the boxed set keeps getting put on hold as regards the release date at all? Are there legal implications or something similar at stake for example preventing it from being released?
