One of TV's All Time biggest disapointments - BSG80

Why? BG had been canceled, and we THOUGHT we were getting it back. The expectations were high, that we were actually getting Battlestar Galactica! Not this complete POS. Even as a 13 year old, it sucked balls compared to the original. Had to be aimed at 6 year olds.

This trash destroyed the franchise for nearly 35 years.

The only thing G80 was missing that would have made it even worse was Ted McGinley.

I remember all of my friends and I saying we could have crapped a better show than this.

Oh, Buck Rogers (Gil Gerard), despite its campiness, was WAY better than Galactica 1980.

At least Buck Rogers had some fun and sometimes intriging episodes you could get into, BS1980 was just utter derivitive crap.
