No wonder they're endangered

Dr. Zee is supposed to be a super genius. He proves how smart he is by posing as The Ghost of Christmas Future and showing a factory owner how his son will be dead in 10 years unless he stops polluting the planet with his chemicals being dumped into the water supply. The computer modeling Zee uses is so sophisticated that it can predict the death of a single individual 10 years in the future, but when the factory owner asks what he can do to prevent this from happening, Zee's answer is to put the toxic chemicals into containers. Okay, that's one thing to do, but why not suggest using different processes that don't require the toxic chemicals? This was already a known solution on Earth in 1980.

In the same episode, the 12 kids on Earth are there because they had to be there as a result of a Cylon attack. Within a few days, a few of them nearly die and have to be rescued. When they're rescued, instead of having them taken back to the fleet, they're left on Earth. This seems irresponsible considering how they nearly died and still don't know the first thing about the many dangers that await them on Earth.

The fleet has so much faith in Zee that when Dillon and Troy are in danger, Dillon asks if Zee could have made a mistake. Troy says, "No, that's impossible."

Everyone on the show acts like they're mentally-challenged to make the Galacticans appear smarter and Zee's supposed to be even smarter than that.
