Question about a skit involving a nurse

This skit opened one of the episodes. She was giving him a "stripper-gram" for his birthday, and the dance gave him a heart-attack. The punchline was that she was giving the dance to the wrong guy -- the guy that was supposed to get the dance was in the next bed.

Is this skit available on any of the DVD's or sets at all? I remember this one well as I thought it was Phil Silvers daughter.

There was an even better one where a male patient is howling in pain and the nurse comes and removes his sheet and steam billows out. The doctor comes in and barks at her, "I told you to prick his boil".
