No details anywhere to be found, and the manufacturer didn't answer my email.
It might be just as great as the french release (by Opening, available on amazon.fr among others) or it might be just as bad as the UK release from Mosaic. Time will tell.

Mine arrived today. According to the packaging, its 4:3 & the only extra is a trailer. Running time 113 mins.
shareI read in another group from someone who opened it that it was widescreen. If you ever watch the DVD let us know.

Arrow films themselves said it was 2.35.1 letterboxed.

I have now read 2 different people saying the new DVD is letterboxed and better then any previous release (including French Letterbox version).

I can't include a link, but if you do a google search for "Zulu Dawn 2009 dvd review" it should pop up. It's a newsgroup called something like Rorkestvc.com. I just got the DVD and it is 2.35 to 1 widescreen. I don't know why it says 4:3 on the box because I always thought that meant 1.33 (full frame). There is only a trailer as a bonus, but I'm still thrilled they finally got the aspect ratio right.

I have the french edition but as I am dutch, the english is hard to follow on occasion so i will get the UK version for the subs. And the stereo sound which is mentioned on the dvd box (so I assume it is in stereo; the english track on the french release is mono). And play.com has it for just EUR 12.99 with free shipping.

Has anybody else noticed a little crackling or popping (not gunfire) on the soundtrack of the new DVD. It's not enough to ruin the movie, but it has got on my nerves.

There are too many to mention, but I heard pops at 4:55, 47:19, 65:07, 71:25 and 71:30. It has that playing a really old record on an old turntable kind of pop on them.
