Anyone know the title of the hymn played at the funeral

"The Day Thou Gavest, Lord, Is Ended". It is called "The Evening Hymn" and is traditionally played at Evensong (Church Service in the evening). It is also popular at Funerals because it is about the end of the day, which can also mean the end of life.
I've only heard it played in one particular church and I do think it was toward the end of the service, after communion.

"Who sent the fire?"
