Bach music from concert

There's a piece of music (which sounds to me like Bach, but could also possibly be Mozart) which is played by the ensemble to which Vanessa Redgrave's character belongs as William Devane's character drives away from having said goodbye to her for the last time.
Can anyone tell me the name of this piece please?

"That's - just - typical..." Basil Fawlty

There's the piece that's played and being sung in the church as the solders are readying to break camp for the trains. I don't know this one?

An instrumental piece towards the end that I think is played to Devane's leaving is "An English Suite", Prelude.

"He sent the rain."
"Who sent the fire?"

The string music played by the ensemble in the church early in the film (where Devane is suffering from a slight cough) is Grieg's suite 'From Holberg's Time' - usually know as the Holberg Suite.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pigh8VHr-ZE This was the hymn: lyrics in a church near the end ("day Thou gave us").
I would like to know the short organ piece that was being played while Gere and the girl are in a church briefly in the second half of film?
