The rumble with the Del Bombers

What ever happened to the rumble the Wanderers planned with the Del Bombers in the classroom? There was a big build up, and then nothing. Or was that supposed to be the football game? That, or it probably ended up on the cutting room floor.

The rumble became the football game. The Galasso brothers got together with the older black men and decided that the boys should play a football game instead of rumbling. And the older folks also made clear that it was an opportunity to gamble.
