Who was the absolute toughest fighter?

If the toughest fighters from the movie had squared off....who would have emerged victorious? This assumes it was bare hands, they were healthy, and no sucker punches.

Perry, no question. He flattened 8-9 Baldies in a matter of seconds. No other fighter was shown to be that dominate. Terror knew he was out matched and wisely backed out. Emilio sized up Perry and realized that he'd come out on the losing side if he attacked him face to face, so he attacked only when Perry had his back towards him.
