You can be charged according to the Canadian Criminal Code for having this material.

(8) For the purposes of this Act, any publication a dominant characteristic of which is the undue exploitation of sex, or of sex and any one or more of the following subjects, namely, crime, horror, cruelty and violence, shall be deemed to be obscene.

In the Dinsaur period of the 50's perhaps, but this particular item you deem such, is nothing in comparison to the newer material (Breaking Dawn, Twilight,
New Dawn a.s.o.).

It's an outmoded and inferior format. Moreover, why bother with some lousy VHS tape when this film is available in the far superior DVD format?
