Do you think Dead Silence is similar to this movie? (nm)

I think some scenes are pretty similar!

I also think the House Of Wax remake is a total rip off of this movie!

I've heard of this before. I never actually saw Dead Silence, and I never planned to, but I wouldn't mind checking it out now and seeing for myself.

I thought this too, but the guy who wrote Dead Silence said he never saw it.

The only thing I found similar was the dummies the people had. To me 'Tourist Trap' was more like the horrid stench of 'House of Wax' with Paris Hilton.

Actually, Tourist trap reminded me of Dead Silence. The only similarity I see is the use of mannequins or dummies for scary purposes. But they're both deeply disturbing, especially toward the end. Dead silence was a big mind *beep* the ending stuck with me for a while after.
