Here's what happened -
"Jerry" who comes to rescue Molly isn't actually the guy at all but one of Slausen's twisted creations. The real Jerry is probably dead, his body lying out in the woods somewhere, after sustaining deep lacerations from jumping out of the window at the other house.
After Molly klls Slausen and all the mannequins suddenly become silent, she has a nervous breakdown from all the tramua and horror she's endured. She rounds up all of the dummies who resembled her friends, pieces them back together, and throws them all into the back of the jeep. As she's speeding away down the road, the camera zooms in on Molly's face. Her maniacal expression shows that she has completely lost her mind.
Even though that's where the movie ends, I always imagined that Molly either drove off the side of a cliff and committed suicide, or else was picked up by the authorities and committed to an insane asylum.

maybe she starts a business in tourist vacation in the same house of the tourist trap!
maybe she finds the other brother of the Slausen`s
she starts to learn the "power of the mind" with that brother...
and now we have tourist trap 2

Yes, she is delusional and imagined driving away in the jeep.
Don't forget, the jeep isn't working. I highly doubt Molly fixed it.

as a remark to the jeep working again - it never broke down in the 1st place - I assumed Slausen just used his telekinesis to make it appear the jeep did not start, seeing as how it was running fine UNTIL they arrive at the tourist trap. After Slausen is dead, the jeep would run fine again. and ya, she's just lost it all together at the end.
