The "Barbarella" Of Super Hero Movies

But even cheesier than "Barbarella". And I love it. Fun to watch. What's cheesier about it? The sound track or the looped in out-of-synch voice over of the dialogue? I suspect that the original sound was so bad and the budget so low, that they had to hire either cheap voice over actors, or use the production staff, to do the looping, rather than bringing back the actual cast to do it.
