Hi, I saw the film lately and I was really astonished. But actually I write because I want to ask if anybody knows the title or the author of the main musical theme at the show, the on they play at the beginnging and also several times during the film. Once even Sherlock played it himself on his violin. Does anyone have an idea?

Author of the main theme is Vladimir Dashkevitch.

yes, the music is great indeed, it is known in every Russian household and the filmseries is indeed a big pride for us. If you enter the house of Sherlock Holmes in London, you will hear this music play in the hall... :)
