Nevermind, finally found this.

Masterpiece, one of Godard's best!

You do not need a copy made. It is available at Amazon and also Facets Multimedia. Facets has it for rental. Do not let the Region 2 PAL format fool you. All DVD regions can be played on a computer. They just will not work with a television DVD player. You need to download the latest codecs available. The movie is probably the third best movie of Godard I have seen. It is in color not b and w as one reviewer wrote. The countryside scenes are a knockout.

Wait...are you saying that if I can find a DVD of this, even if it's a Region 2 DVD and I'm in America I can just pop it in my computer and play it?

As I said, I found it.

And it is by far my new favorite JLG film.
