Midnight Mass....1 spoiler alert near bottom of post.

Some have compared this new series from Netflix to Salem's Lot, in a way, but not directly. I'm only thru 2 eps so far, and I know it's a vampire flick, but it's a slow moving series.




spoiler: The only thing I can see a connection is the death of a black dog early on. As you may recall, poor "Faithful" was killed early on also in Salem's Lot because they supposedly frighten vampires, and a black dog was killed in Midnight Mass very early. May be a coincidence or not.
